Preschool Program for Ages
3 to 5 Years Old
Our Preschool Program introduces your child to the structure of a typical kindergarten day, tailored to meet the needs of a young five-year-old. It builds upon preschool skills with a greater emphasis on extended seat work and kindergarten-level instruction in literacy, math and handwriting.
The transition from Preschool to Kindergarten is a significant milestone. If your child isn’t quite ready for kindergarten yet or needs extra skill development, Somerset Academy Early Learning Center’s Preschool Program is the ideal choice.
At Somerset Academy Early Learning Center, we prioritize helping our young Philadelphia preschoolers develop problem-solving abilities, responsive listening, language skills, vocabulary, and social collaboration.
