Ms. Chavous, a former adult probation officer (Philadelphia, PA.) for the First Judicial District of Philadelphia, is a dedicated professional committed to reducing violence, transforming the lives of youth, and serving as a change agent. Whether on the streets volunteering for political campaigns or on the sports field competing for the win, Ms. Chavous is known for giving 100% to the task in front of her. From her youth, she has exhibited a keen acumen for knowledge that propelled her in the classroom, courtroom, boardroom, and now as CEO of Somerset Academy Early Learning Center.

Tiffany oversees the physical, social, and emotional growth and development of students of all ages (preschool, afterschool, summer camp and adult training programs), a staff of administrators and educators with a passion for improving the well-being of students and families, and a host of ancillary services to support families, the community, and her staff. Additionally, she is now overseeing the expansion and capital improvements of the facility.

Tiffany Chavous is a fierce warrior for justice, equity, and the preservation of ideals and values that are guided by her deep faith and belief in service. An accomplished Black Belt, advocate, activist, and flutist, Tiffany is lauded for speaking truth to power and living a life of gratitude.
